Alongside placing orders, you can earn extra reward points to boost your balance.
• Diamond Members can receive an extra 500 points as a birthday gift by adding their birthday in the “My Account” section
• Review products from your past orders and earn 10 points for every review you provide. (points will be assigned once reviews have been verified as applicable to the product, please note only 5 reviews per day will be verified)
• Receive 20 points when you subscribe to our newsletter
• Look out for promotional reward point events and selected increased point products
Redeeming Reward Points
You can easily redeem your reward points at checkout. Simply click ‘Redeem Points’ and then you will have the option to redeem all or some of your points.
If you have accumulated enough points to pay for your entire order you will have the option of using just your reward points as a full payment method. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit/debit cards, paypal, gift cards and more.
If the redemption of reward points takes your order under the free delivery threshold you will be charged for full postage.
If the redemption of reward points takes your order under the free next day delivery threshold your order will be downgraded to standard delivery.
Please note that reward points cannot be used against shipping or redeemed as cash.
Do my reward points expire?
Reward points will expire 365 days after they were first earned. Points will expire in the order from which they were first earned. If you would like to be notified by email when your points are about to expire you can do so by opting for notification emails in the Reward Points area in My Account.

Can I use my points on delivery costs?
Reward points can be used against all products on our website but cannot be used against shipping.
How will I know how many points I have?
Your points total is always displayed in the Reward Points area in My Account. There you will find a breakdown of total points earned, total redeemed and the expiration date of your reward points.
Please note that reward points will only appear on your account once your order has been despatched.
What can I spend my Reward Points on?
You can spend your reward points on everything on the website including discounted items!
